My room was hot from the very beginning but I thought it was just a glitch with the thermostat. After changing the temp on the thermostat, nothing happened so the next morning I complained to the front desk and they assured me engineering would fix it so I left for the day(10:15am). Upon returning to my room (8:24pm) I noticed the temp was still the same, HOT and I hadn't been notified by the hotel about anything. So around 10pm I called the front desk again to complain a second time and that is when I was told that someone had indeed visited my room but concluded that the AC unit was BROKEN AND COULD NOT BE FIXED. And now at 10ish at night they decide to offer me the opportunity to change rooms which I would have opt for when I first returned to the room at 8:24pm but not at 10pm. Two hot nights at this hotel but NEVER AGAIN!!
During check out, the lady at the front desk asked me how did I enjoy my stay so told her how I suffered through the hot nights here at this hotel and she offered to at least take ONE of the $50/night valet fees off my bill but I learned after returning home the next day that the HOTEL MANAGEMENT declined her request because they felt like giving me $25 worth of Hilton Points and a free drink at the bar was enough...this is what you can expect when staying at this hotel!
