Our stay at the studio apartment was very enjoyable. It was quaint and very tastefully done. It was quiet, and the perfect size for my husband and me. There were thoughtful amenities: water in the fridge, makeup towel, laundry detergent. The only rough spot could be the stairs outside for anyone who has difficulty with climbing a few stairs. But if you don’t have any issues, it is a great little venue and I would definitely stay a second time if I’m in the area again.

Property was clean and organized--and is just as it is represented in the photos. There are steep stairs going up to the rental, but they are manageable.I have stayed here multiple times, and plan to stay again, in the future.

Great Studio Apartment

Price was great in addition to the amenities and condition of the studio apartment inside - it was strategically located in between where I needed to be to help get my brother picked up early the next morning for his emergency surgery at a nearby hospital - the only downside I had was not knowing in advance that I had to climb a set of outdoor stairs to get to the 2nd floor which for myself was a tad challenging with my disability and carrying an overnight bag but once up there I felt right at home as the interior is fantastic plus the bed was extremely comfortable. Once my head hit the pillow I was out like a light and never heard the train whistle I saw other folks mentioned in their reviews I quickly glanced at.

Helpful host

This property filled our need for lodging while in the Atlanta area. Our host was very accommodating and handled any issue that arose and was very responsive. I will advise the exterior is a bit run down looking. The exterior stairs to access the apartment could be intimidating for some. My biggest complaint was showering in the claw foot tub. The tub, while aesthetic, is not practical for showering.

Fantastic little apartment

This apartment was wonderful. Close to Marietta Square, tucked away in an unassuming little apartment complex, the inside was fantastic. The only thing that might trip some people up is the tub/shower is a little tall and it’s a little hard not to spill water out with the curtain and shower head. For us it was fine, just if someone has a tough time getting in and out of taller tubs it might be a little struggle. Overall, this was an excellent experience while we wait for our new house. My wife and I have even talked about staying here again if we want a little night out in the Marietta Square without worrying about having to Uber back home.

Saving Grace

I came to Marietta to have dental surgery w/Nuvia. After 1.5 months of jumping through hoops for scans, medical clearances, etc. I was excited to drive the 4 hrs. The rental was charming and comfortable. there was natural light, hardwood floors, a smart TV, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. Everything was included so that I could get my surgery, relax, and recover. Sadly, nuvia canceled my surgery with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reasons. It was a nightmare. It was stressful. And the saving grace for the hosts and the rental. This was my first time on the app. And it was a fantastic experience. The hosts communicated well. They were quick to respond. and they fixed a small issue on the same day. The morning that I left, they had fixed the water pressure, and I had a long relaxing shower for my drive home. It was the saving grace of what would have otherwise been a nightmare trip. I am so grateful to the hosts. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! If only Nuvia took lessons and customer service from these hosts.

Charming place

I stayed here for a week while taking classes in the area and I was very pleased. I enjoyed the sound of the train, loved the tile in the kitchen and taking a relaxing bath every night. The bed was also very comfortable. The owner was responsive when I reached out with a question or 2 and I very much appreciated that. I’ll definitely be back if I come to the area. Thank you!

Great Solo Trip

My solo stay was overall very comfortable. I had a few hiccups with the booking process and I blame VRBO for their unclear instructions. Once all of booking issue were cleared up, everything else went very smoothly. I appreciated the extra charger plug provided and the ease of being able to Uber wherever I needed to go close by. If you’re traveling solo, this is a great option and safe stay.

Perfect space for wife and i.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities we could need. Location is great. Fantastic french bakery around the corner. Restaurants and businesses very close. We stayed for the braves games and its not a bad ride to the stadium.

Beautiful historic apartment in a cool part of town

Great apartment close to Marietta Market and only about 40 minutes from ATL airport. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet....except for the train that blew it's horn every night. LOL. We actually thought the train added to the ambience of the area and it didn't bother us. Just know that the train blows every night around 2 AM or so. Also, the claw bathtub is gorgeous but not very user friendly for taking a shower. Again, part of the charm but if you are looking for a luxurious, comfortable shower you will be disappointed. Note that the apartment is on the second floor with only stair access. My 88 mother kicks butt and was able to easily navigate the steps but others may not be able to. Just something to keep in mind.
