The Space:
Experience the vibrant heart of Atlanta in this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in the historic Landmark Condominium building. Perfect for families or groups, the condo features a queen bed and two twin beds, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. With a prime location, you are just steps away from MARTA Rail, AmericasMart, World Congress Center, GA Capitol, Peachtree Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Explore nearby attractions like GA Tech & State Sports Stadiums, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and Centennial Olympic Park.

This condo is in the center of all the action. If you're coming to visit for the attractions, concerts, festivals or the buzzing nightlife you'll be glad you booked here. ONE free parking spot available but has to be reserved in advance on luluhomes website. When it's time to relax from the busy day of visiting the city, grab a pair of wine glasses and head to the living room for a Smart TV and super fast WiFi. Relax the night away on the memory foam mattresses with the bedroom view of the skyline.

Guest Access:
UBER and LYFT are easy to come by downtown, many tourist attractions are within walking distance, and less than 1 mile away are two MARTA station stops: Civic Center station and Peachtree Center station.

Guests will be required to check in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID scanned the first time you arrive, and must come and go through the lobby during your stay. Note you need to take the fob from the coffee table inside the unit to get back inside the building at certain times.

Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.

Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.

AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.

Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

They chatted with me via text/ email several times during my stay just to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Great Experience. A comfortable place to rest and recuperate

The space was in an older building that is currently under some renovation. It struggled with the heat a little bit. But it being in the '90s for most of our stay that is understandable. Our interactions with the staff were polite and personable. They were attentive to the buildings security. The area in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot and apartments felt safe. The rooms themselves were very well kept and clean. A pleasant living room and full kitchen were great to come back to in the evening. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable as well. And one of the nicest showers too. The Host was very polite and willing to be flexible with check-in/check-out time. And a significant plus was the reserved parking available as well. Overall a pleasant stay. We were over all satisfied with our stay.

Check-in/out was easy. Communication was great with the host—I needed extra washcloths, and they delivered them quickly. They also assisted us in getting an extra parking spot for one night. The building is going through a renovation and is older. It is not a hotel. Since I always stay in hotels on my business trips, this was a nice break to stay several days in a condo. The apartment was clean and neat.

The furnishings definitely gave off a luxurious look until actually getting there. Light switches / remotes were either missing batteries or just didn’t work. Host request guest clean dishes after using but coming into the place there were several dirty dishes along with soiled sponges that had food in them. The shower was very grimy with nothing to clean it with and two roaches found in the biggest room, dirty sheets in the second room we didn’t even bother sleeping in the blanket. Beautiful place until actually getting into everything what was paid was not what was given IN MY OPINION!
