Luxury 2-story town home with flat screen tv's in every room & front porch entry.
This floor plan offers privacy with a bedroom/bathroom combination on main level and a shared bathroom between two bedrooms on the upper level. Large flat-screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. Private front covered porch entry and additional back entrance.
Newly renovated, bright open floor plan w/ luxurious finishes!
Equipped with washing/drying machine, dishwasher, cookware, dining ware, kitchen utensils and Keurig all for your usage. Nice large kitchen w/ island, new stainless appliances, exquisite quartz countertops, island with bar stools, dining room table, and nice living area with all new & chic furniture.
Two bedrooms have king beds, the third room has a queen, and there is a king sleeper sofa in living room. Apartment sleeps 8. Street Parking only.

So close in but SO quiet! We kept saying how surprised we were that the loudest thing outside was the birds. We stayed for an event at Georgia Tech and the location was ideal. We will recommend it to friends!

Super happy with our stay at this rental. Good communication with owner and easy booking. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is provided that you would need. In a safe and good area of Atlanta with tons of great things nearby. Street parking is a bit difficult but they were very clear about that in the listing. Would recommend this place for sure!

Beautiful home in a great location.

Excellent day! The the host was always available, and receptive to help at any time. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Location was great in a nice safe neighborhood where if you wanted, you could walk to local spots, or take a quick inexpensive Uber to other locations. Will definitely stay again.

Outstanding Experience

Our family of 4 stayed here for Easter weekend and it was such a pleasure. The entire experience was amazing from booking to checkout. The house is exactly as described, and pictured. It was in impeccable condition and super clean. It only has on street parking but that was never an issue as there was always space in front of the house. Kitchen dishes, glassware and utensils for 10 and appropriate cookware for being able to cook a meal. I highly recommend this house!

The Perfect Place!!

I highly recommend this luxury apartment. It is within walking distance of some nice attractions, such as Piedmont Park and the High Museum of Art. Everything you would wish for is supplied, and the host went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It's a gem!

Atlanta midtown stay

Property was very nice. The WiFi did not connect in living room and Emily volunteered to have someone look at it . We declined because we were out on most days and did not feel comfortable if we were not there. Maybe all tvs should be checked before check in. Overall it was a nice stay. Although coffee shops and grocery stores are 20 minutes walk and 10 min drive.

Very Walkable, Safe Location

We took a family trip to Atlanta to go to a football game at Mercedes Benz Stadium and never had to get in the car all weekend. The street was quiet and parking was no issue. Our host was quick to respond and able to address concerns. Highly recommend!
