Enjoy a truly central stay in a tourist/business district right on Peachtree Street. The area is safe and well traveled, with City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide.

All of Downtown’s top attractions are only a few minutes’ walk away, including the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also one block from the Apparel and Merchandise Markets.

This fully updated, modern apartment puts you in the heart of Downtown—comfortable and easy to unwind in, while still keeping you right in the middle of the action.

Guests have access to the entire apartment except for a supply closet. A community laundry center is located on the basement floor of the building.

I typically am not able to greet guests, but I’m available as needed via phone and text.

You’ll be staying right in downtown Atlanta, near the major attractions the city has to offer. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty to do and see.

Transit is simple: the apartment is a block from Peachtree Center MARTA, and it’s highly recommended you use MARTA if you do not require a car during your stay.

Parking options:
- A paid parking lot is located directly next to the building at 17 BAKER ST NW. Rates range anywhere from $15–$25/day depending on how busy downtown is.
- If you don’t mind walking 3 blocks, there is a slightly cheaper and more secure parking garage, with nightly rates around $12 I think. Address: 377 TED TURNER DRIVE NW. (If you are on TED TURNER DR wait till you cross over IVAN ALLEN JR BLVD; the entrance is located immediately on your right hand side after you pass Mellow Mushroom Pizza.) You will see three garage door openings—go to the one on the far right, take a ticket, and park in any one of the spaces marked “visitor”.

Because of the coronavirus, we’re taking extra time and care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. This will impact our ability to accommodate any early check ins, or late check outs. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat or air depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units—if you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.

House rules: No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium, so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency, please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building and residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please let the concierge staff know and they will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
This is a quiet building and all neighbors/tenants are extremely respectful of each other.

All guests are expected to maintain the same level of courtesy.

This is not a party listing whatsoever, no parties allowed.

My listing is a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, and convenience the location offers, but if you`re looking to party, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Smoking of any kind is absolutely not allowed either in the unit, the balcony, or in the building. If there is evidence of smoking, a $500 fine will be assessed.

Pets are not allowed in the unit or the building.
