Cozy Detached Apartment in a Secluded Locale

Located less than two miles from North Point Mall and movie theater, one exit from the Avalon and 3.5 miles from the Ameris Amphitheater, this location is ideally placed for your vacation or business visit to North Atlanta. Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, this cozy apartment was built brand new in May 2018. Completely detached from the primary residence, guests will enjoy their privacy in this 525 square foot space. Features 10 foot ceilings, a full kitchen and convenient parking. The space sleeps four, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed that converts into a queen size bed in the living room. We hope to see you soon!

Brian made us feel so comfortable and welcomed any questions. Both the bed and the couch were so comfy, and the kitchen and bathroom stocked with all the essentials. The luxurious towels also were a treat! We would love to stay again next time we visit Alpharetta.

Loved how comfortable and well-stocked this garage apartment was. We were in town for a concert at Ameris Amphitheater, which was very close. We had a relaxing, peaceful stay. It felt like we were in a cabin in the woods, not in the middle of a bustling city.

Alpharetta GA apartment

I had a wonderful time visiting in Georgia. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood which is quiet and peaceful. Brian and his wife make you feel very welcome with all their special touches in the apartment. This is my second stay here and I look forward to my next visit and staying in this same place.

Inlaw Suite...

The space was perfect for that inlaw you wanna keep outta your hair. But lucky for me it was listed on Vrbo! I enjoyed the quiet, the cleanliness, the thoughtful accommodation, and charming decor. I even had enough room for my morning workout. I'm not a fan of the Alpharetta area. Was there only for work. But I'd be happy stay in the space again!

Super clean and cool apartment

My wife and son stayed one night to go to a football camp in Alpharetta. We super impressed with the cleanliness of the place! . It is tucked in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Brian is a great host!
