The Space:
The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a Smart Tv, an en-suite bathroom and a closet. The en-suite bathroom is just perfect with a compact toilet, shower, and sink. It has a sliding door to the bathroom but is quite private! There are power plugs in the bedroom and en-suite bathroom so you can keep your devices charged!

The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, a large closet, power plugs by the bed, a Smart Tv and a nightstand.

The third bedroom features a queen bed with a Smart Tv, a nightstand, power plugs by the bed and a closet.

All of the bedrooms offer thick memory foam beds and windows that let in natural light

The hall bathroom is large and has space to move around. There is a tub with a shower, and a vanity and mirror. The hall bathroom and kitchen have a window without a covering on the top half of the window so that natural light can come in. Don’t worry, the house is higher than the neighbor’s house so no one can see in.

Cook the perfect meal in our open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking gear such as pots, pans, and spatulas. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with 4 seats. We also offer a dining set of plates, silverware, glasses, and mugs. The dining table seats 4 guests. The living room also seats 4 guests around the coffee table.

We provide SMART TVs that can be enjoyed from the dining room and living room alike. Just bring your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon password.

Need to do laundry? There is a washer and dryer available for you to use.

We offer a driveway where you can easily fit 3 cars. There is a front fence but the fence stops at the driveway so you can access the driveway. We prefer you park in the driveway rather than on the street. There is a nice size front yard with grass. The backyard is quite large but since it is so shaded the grass does not grow in the backyard.

Guest Access:
• Guests will have access to the entire home and will be provided with a code for the keypad on the storm door and for the front door.
• Woot! Woot! You found the secret phrase. Include the words "Amphitheater at Lakewood!" in your booking request or when you send a message with a question. The Amphitheater is a concert venue close by. It was designed to offer a state-of-the-art musical experience for both music fans and artists. It’s less than 3 minutes away.
• Parking is available 24/7 in the driveway or on the street. We prefer you park on the driveway.
• Guests will also have access to the thermostat to manage the heat or air conditioner to their preference.
• Be sure to read the entire listing and house rules. Your booking confirms you are agreeing to all of the house rules.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great spot to choose for a visit to Atlanta because this part of the city has a lot less traffic than other areas! Zip over to the main tourist attractions and fabulous eats in 10 minutes. Uber picks up here with no problem at all and you will be on your way. Save yourself the hassle of downtown Atlanta traffic. It is highway the whole way from our neighborhood to downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, SunTrust Park, and the airport.

This is a small, quaint neighborhood of Polar Rock. It is a nice up-and-coming community with mostly brick ranch homes of 3 and 4 bedrooms. There is hardly any traffic at all passing by the house. Some homes are under renovation but you will see, it is a homey and calm neighborhood. Everyone is welcome and will feel comfortable here. This neighborhood is known for its convenient location, exactly 10 minutes between downtown Atlanta and the Airport. For those familiar with Atlanta, the exit off of 75/85 is Langford Parkway East, and we are just 3 minutes off the highway.

We are a 7-minute drive to Community Grounds, known for freshly-brewed coffee, pastries, and for loving on the community. In the same complex as Community Grounds, is the Carver Market for groceries and local goods.

Also 7 minutes away but in a different direction is Lakewood Diner for some good ‘ol fashion breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack! If eating fried okra while sitting in a folding chair doesn’t make you feel like you found the real Atlanta, then nothing will. For more classic adventures, visit the Starlight Drive-in Movie Theater 12 minutes away. Have fun!

For late-night eats, Wendy’s is 6 to 8 minutes away and is open until 1 a.m. or later.

We are 12 minutes to Zoo Atlanta so that you can see real pandas

Getting Around:
Bus 155 passes by on our street and takes you to West End Marta station.

Most guests will have their own car or be ready to use Uber or Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
• When requesting to book, tell us a little about yourself, your trip, and guests coming with you. Don’t forget to mention the secret phrase!
• Third-party bookings are never allowed. The person who books the reservation must be staying for the entire duration.
• This home is party-free, pet-free, and smoke-free. You may smoke outside but marijuana is not legal here so we mean cigarettes and vaping only.
• NO SMOKING inside of our home. A smokers fee will be charged without warning if cleaners arrive and find that a guest had been smoking inside.
