We have a strict NO Smoking in the Unit policy. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE in the Backyard. Any evidence of smoking in the unit after check out will result in an extra $250 cleaning fee.
*NO PETS ALLOWED (ANY PETS IN OUR UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $100 FEE)
*ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GROUPS.
* Friendly reminder this is a residential neighborhood, please keep noise at a reasonable level between the hours of 11:00 PM-7:00 AM.
- *If you would like to request an early check-in or a late check-out, there will be an additional $80 fee, for up to 2 hours. If you check in more than 2 hours early or check out more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day.
The house is very family-friendly. We have a pack n play, high chair, and kids' water bottles. There's also a wonderful playground a few blocks down the street.
Careful consideration has been taken to ensure maximum safety, style, adequate use, and cleanliness in this home. All mattresses and pillows are encased in protective coverings. Extra sanitation is provided after each guest.
