AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We didn’t even get to stay there the host ghosted us. He did not respond to messages and wouldn’t give us the check in information. He left us stranded until Vrbo placed us in a hotel. Which that was a whole different headache it took two hours to reach a resolution with the Vrbo care team. Vrbo couldn’t even reach this guy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

The host cancelled on us 4 hrs AFTER we were trying and supposed to check in. That property should never be listed on your site again, and if it is, shame on you!!! I was left in a parking lot in Atlanta with my son trying to figure out what was going on. Of course, the simple fact that you sent this email tells me you're clueless as a company

Inaccurate listing. "Parking available" implies free parking, it was not, otherwise, of course parking is available anywhere if you're willing to pay for it! Only after asking the property owner the week before about parking were we told we would have to pay for it and it was NOT 7 a day as we were told, it was 14 a day. I'm sure the unit comes with at least one free spot and since we were the only ones using the unit, it should have come with that free spot. Also, be aware that the owners control the thermostat. we set it cool so we could sleep comfortably, and need it cool for health reasons. Instead, the thermostat was continually monitored and set warmer than we wanted it. They also have ring camera and let us know they could see us coming from the elevator and then every time we came and went from the unit. No privacy. for the first half of our vacation, we rented through a different vacation rental site (that VRBO won't let me type out but it starts with an A and ends with a b) and they send a renter-specific code that the owners do not have access to. This wasn't the case w/ VrBO and we did not feel comfortable knowing they could enter our unit at any time, especially since they knew when we were leaving and coming back.

We stayed for a weekend to go to a convention at the Georgia World Congress Center. It was a good distant from the center only about a 8 minute drive (depends on traffic). The host what very helpful and would respond almost immediately. He sent pictures and videos on how to get in the build which made it extremely helpful; we knew exactly what we were looking for. There was a private parking garage that was only 7-14 to park per day. Apartment was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend, we will be booking again

The host was kind and responsive. Upon arrival to the space, it was difficult to locate the entry door. He walked me through each detail until I reached the front door.Once inside, I noticed that the living room and kitchen looked exactly as they did in the photos online. Overall, the space was clean (fridge was immaculate), but it could use TLC in other areas (the bathroom - attention to mildew, new shower curtain, and more attention to the toilet area). The unit had great safety features (ring doorbell and safety door lock). The purpose for our stay was to attend a conference at the GWCC and this was only a 8 minute drive. So, the majority of our time was spent away from the rental. It's centrally located and easy to access. Aside from a few cosmetic things, I would recommend this listing to others.

I must say this was the cleanest rental I have stayed in. There were plenty of linens and they all smelled fresh and clean. The check-in was smooth. Wifi was good. Very close to places to eat and tour. The only cons: Unit could use some new cookware. The microwave was difficult to reach. We did have a couple scary moments with people outside of the apartment building, but that shouldn't reflect negatively on the host.

You cannot beat this location. We went to the aquarium, Fox, Theatre. The owner stayed in touch with us made sure we got in and understood how to work everything. The apartment is very clean and a super comfortable bed with probably the best VRBO shower ever we will definitely be back.

Great spot in a great location. 100% Recommend and would stay again.

The place was a great value for the price. Bigger than I expected from the pictures. Bed was very comfortable. Publix is very close. Good restaurants/coffee shops walkable. Very easy to drive to many of the main Atlanta attractions. Rentable scooters everywhere to get places without a car. You are in the heart of the city so you should expect everything that comes with that. Some street noise but it wasn't too bad. You might want a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Never felt unsafe walking around the neighborhood. Parking is available but not included. It was very cheap compared to what you would pay to park a car at a hotel in this area. There are limited spots considered "guest spots" that you pay through a parking app but we never had an issue getting spot. It is in a deck with a gate so it feels very secure.We brought our dog at it was very convenient to go out. Grassy spots across the block and around neighboring blocks where he could use the bathroom.Condo was much larger than I anticipated. Complex with many other residents. Seemed like young working professionals, maybe some grad students. It was pretty quiet overall. The place was clean. Maybe the carpet needs a shampoo and some baseboards need painting but I didn't expect perfection and the price was great. Host was super helpful. Answered questions immediately. Called right away when I had issue.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay here. At first we had trouble finding the building/parking but the owner was very helpful. He even stayed on the phone to make sure we got to the apartment ok. The place was very nice, just like the pictures. When we come back to visit ATL, definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Unfortunately we ran into a few things that were out of the owners control.The hall smelled, the outside noise of the street, loud music played by a different tenant until 1:30am and the lights from the street.The bedrooms blinds did not function correctly and had to be manually closed and did not block any light, the toilet was dirty, the door for the laundry was off the track, the tub was caulked all the way around sloppily, the soap dish appeared broken off and caulked back in. The caulk gun was lying in the kitchen cabinet. The bed was not that comfy.The owner was very responsive however we decided to leave after the first night.
