The Space
Stay in a newly renovated, cheerful and cute home surrounded by nature and featuring 700 sq ft of warm and stylish living space. The inviting ambiance is perfect for a solo traveler or couple, and just a short commute to downtown Atlanta and its popular landmarks and attractions.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by modern furnishings and decor with splashes of color. The living room has comfy seating and a Smart TV for the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day out exploring.

There’s a fabulous kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. There’s a wonderful espresso-colored wooden dining table to enjoy your meals and good conversation.

The bedroom is a luxurious yet cozy oasis with a plush queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and ample storage for your things. The full bathroom features a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo and modern features.

Outside, you`ll find a lovely enclosed (and private only to this unit) terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The backyard is shared with the unit downstairs when occupied and offers a peaceful retreat with lush greenery, outdoor furniture, and yard games like bowling and bocce ball. Plus, there’s and BBQ grill on nights when you feel like a cookout.

Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking if you arrive by car.

Located in a convenient and peaceful area just 7 miles south of downtown Atlanta and all the popular landmarks and attractions for you to explore the vibrant city with ease! We can`t wait to welcome you to our guest home and provide you with a memorable stay!

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home and shared access to the backyard BBQ area and yard games. You’ll be in the upper unit in a duplex guest house.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Located 7 miles south of downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, tons of nightlife, partying, and dining options - yet your stay is in a peaceful little area near Browns Mill golf course, surrounded by trees and nature, so your nights will be serene!

Getting Around
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 6 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

This is the upper unit of a guest house, but please note guests must climb 2 short flights of stairs to the front door.

When the downstairs rental unit is occupied, you may hear some living noises, as well the backyard BBQ area is shared. We ask guests to be kind and courteous to one another and respectful of one another’s privacy. Who knows, it could be an opportunity to make new friends!

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.

Updated Contemporary With a Homely Vibe

Hosts easily accessible and quick with responses, place was very clean (love the smell of bleach and air freshener), white sheets and white towels, beautifully decorated (just like the pics), everything you need to cook with, love the keurig machine and the screened in balcony was great! Overall it was backed to a quiet serene yard with birds chirping in the morning. Me and my 4yr old son will definitely back for sure! I would highly recommend this place! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!
