One master suite offers a private patio retreat, while the second master has a sitting area. Another main-level bedroom has direct access to an inviting outdoor patio, perfect for gatherings. With four luxurious bathrooms, everyone has their space and privacy.
• Amenities: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a gourmet kitchen fully stocked for your culinary adventures, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces for cozy evenings. For added convenience, we provide a washer and dryer, a spacious 2-car garage, and even a baby crib for families.

The property features the following bedroom and bathroom arrangements:

•Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2: Both are master bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.

•Bedroom 3: This bedroom has its own bathroom, which can be accessed directly from the bedroom. It can also be accessed from the outside, allowing guests in Bedroom 4 to use it.

•Bedroom 4: Guests in this room can access the bathroom in Bedroom 3, which is located across the hall.

•Bedroom 5: This bedroom has its own bathroom, which can be accessed either from inside the room or from the hallway outside.

Pets are welcome, but they must be kept off all furniture (including beds, couches, and chairs etc). We do allow pets; however, approval is required. Kindly inform us before booking and provide details about your pet's breed and size so we can confirm.

Please note that there is a $100 fee. Any additional cleaning required will incur a $200 charge.

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻/𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁:

Early check-in and late checkout are available for $25 per hour. If you need assistance with arrangements, feel free to message us in advance. Unauthorized overstaying of one hour or more will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s fee.

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am.

Early check in fee: $25
Late check out fee: $25
Unauthorized overstaying for 1 hour or more: Charge is equivalent to 1 night fee
Unauthorized parties: $3,000 fines
City noise ordinance violation: $3000 fine

Violating the House rules may result to penalties depending on the severity of the case:

*Unauthorized guests, pets - $1000 fine
Excess noise - $1000 fine
*Smoking inside the unit - $1500 standard fine plus additional days if home can't host following guest.
*Damages and excessive dirt/trash - $150 minimum
