We had a wonderful stay at Shawn’s apartment! From the start, communication with Shawn was excellent—he was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very cozy, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay again ourselves!

The inside of the property was clean and well cared for but the description of the amenities in the booking material was very misleading. There was a picture of a beautiful pool and patio and info said there was a pool but the pool was actually only open 1 day out of our 3 day stay. Info also said it was a gated community but the gate was always open.

Comfortable space, a few minor issues

While the apartment itself is very spacious, conveniently located, and overall comfortable, there were a few small things that stood out. For one, directions to the unit were slightly lacking, and resulted in some confusion/lugging of baggage up and down several flights of stairs. Signage is pretty much non-existent to identify which building is which (at least, it was not readily visible when I arrived after dark), and the layout is also a bit of a maze. The pictures online made the unit appear brand new, but you could definitely tell it was a little rough around the edges - small stains on bedding, peeling surfaces in the bathrooms, etc. Lastly, while not a complete surprise in an apartment complex setting, one of the neighbors decided to blare their music until well past 2 am, and it echoed throughout the unit - not really something within the host's control, obviously, but perhaps a factor to consider if looking for a relaxing place to wind down while visiting Atlanta.

Great location

We were only in Atlanta for one night and this property was the perfect spot for our family. The location was ideal for us - close to the aquarium, Centennial Park and restaurant options. The gated community felt very safe and was lovely. We would stay there again.

Honestly, I was so happy with the property. It's not only clean, but well organized. It's very rare to find a property that looks EXACTLY like it's listing pictures. The only problem I had was looking for my room in the building, but that was on me. I would recommend for future tenants to look carefully at the room numbers. But overall everything was great the instructions to get through the gate were clear, I had no issue at all. I did have to park in the garage below but that was a breeze to get into and once I found my room, I realized it's super easy to get to my car. Next time I plan a trip to Atlanta, this is where I will be booking! I have already started recommending this place to family who were planning a trip here!

Nice place in Atlanta

We arrived late to this 2 bedroom apartment in middle of Atlanta and all was easy with checkin and arrival. The place was clean and had space for our family of 6. The “sofa bed” was really simply a sofa but was comfortable and my adult son said he slept well on it. We only stayed one night on a driving trip from Chicago to Tampa, but would stay there again.
