The Suite is a unique 40m² top floor getaway overlooking Athens city, the Acropolis & Karaiskaki Square. It offers minimal design, comfortable interior spaces, large windows with excellent views & a private use 10m² terrace. You can jump into the jacuzzi watching the Acropolis or enjoy your day on the deckchairs!

Metro station is right across the street, 50 meters away.
The space

The Suite is located in a residential building, in the local area of Metaxourgeio, though only a few minutes away from the touristic zone & only 50 meters from the metro station. It's a few minutes walk from the refurbished Omonoia Square, the starting point of a nice walking tour around the best touristic spots of Athens. The area, although very close to the touristic center, is local & of course a bit old, like the whole city center. Around the area there are quite a few popular Hotels & a lot of Airbnbs. It is an Airbnb oriented place, not meant to provide a hotel experience. You can have a unique stay in this hidden oasis in the heart of Athens!

This is a 1 bedroom apartment. The 3rd & 4th guests can be accommodated only in the sofa-bed in the living room. The sofa-bed will be arranged as a sofa upon arrival, extra linens will be offered for the extra guests.

During storms & heavy weather conditions, use of the private jacuzzi is forbidden for safety reasons. Maximum capacity for the jacuzzi is 2 people. For the cold winter days, it requires around 1:30 hour for the pre-heating before filling the tub. It will be sparkling clean but NOT full upon arrival.

Parties, events & loud music are strictly forbidden.

There is an outdoor security camera looking at the floor building stairs.

Toiletries, towels & bathrobes towels are provided. Please, change only when necessary. Keep our planet alive!
