Named in honor of Smyrna (present-day İzmir in Turkey), this area became home to a multitude of refugees after the 1922 population exchange between Greece and Turkey. At its heart lies the expansive Nea Smyrni central square, Athens` largest, teeming with a diverse array of shops, cafes, and dining establishments. Discover the serenity of Alsos Neas Smyrnis, a lush 50-acre oasis nestled within the city`s core. For reference, there`s a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away on Syggrou Avenue, where the `B2` bus departs, delivering you to Syntagma in a mere 20 minutes or to Syggrou Fix, where the Museum of Modern Art and the Acropolis Museum await, in just 5 minutes.

We are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and convenient stay, and we hope these additional services will enhance your experience with us.
1. Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. Any individuals or groups found to have booked the property with the intent of hosting a party or gathering will be required to cancel their booking, and no refund will be provided.
3. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted to enter the property.
4. Guests must ensure that the keys to the property are not left behind in the lock and that any lost keys are reported immediately. The cost of replacing the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.
5. Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise during quiet hours, which are between 1 pm and 5 pm and after 10 pm until 7 am.
6. In compliance with local regulations, the passport number of the individual who booked the property will be required. Greek citizens are also required to provide their AFM number.
7. Guests are responsible for providing an accurate count of the number of guests staying in the property, including children of age 2 and above. Additional bed linens may be provided upon request for an additional charge.
8. Checkout is at 11:00 am, unless an alternate time has been agreed upon in advance. Any guests found to be on the property after checkout time will be charged the daily rate.
9. Guests are responsible for ensuring that the high-quality white sheets and towels provided are not stained. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
