This newly renovated, fully furnished apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious and cosy living room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, a dinning area, a brand new bathroom and a brand new fully-equipped kitchen.
The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons.

Pagrati is situated just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it a convenient and accessible neighborhood. It is bordered by other well-known neighborhoods such as Kolonaki, Pangratiou, and Mets, ensuring that residents have easy access to a wide range of amenities and attractions.
Next to the Kallimarmaro stadium there is the wonderful hill of Arditou, an oasis of trees that offers plenty of beautiful paths for hiking and running. Also, National Garden of Athens is a great place to walk, run or just enjoy your coffee surrounded by gorgeous trees and flowers and a quiet environment. Zappeio, a gorgeous architectural gem of Athens is just 800m away; check out if there are any events running while you are here as there are very interesting exhibitions and events all year round!
