This is a brand new home for 5 in the heart of Athens!



The renovation completed on the summer of 2022 and you can find us at the famous and historic area of Plaka!



The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis. This is not a joke at all, you will be in the heart of Athens and I mean it!



The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms!



The whole property is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .





Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.

The location was great!!!! Very central. Safe and easy to walk everywhere. The balcony view of the Acropolis was amazing and very private. The rooms were spacious and clean, and looked new. We didn’t cook, but it had lots of plates and silverware. Having a washer and dryer that worked well was a good feature of this apartment. No keys to forget, just remember the code to get in and out. International traveler should note
 in Greece, you cannot flush toilet paper. So you have to take out the trash daily! The trash was around the corner, maybe a 2 min walk. Local Bazaar (mini market) was about a 1 min away. Family loved the place and the location. I would stay here again for sure.

The host was amazing with very quick replies to all messages. They offered many services and we took advantage of the transfer service to and from the airport. The drivers were amazing on both trips. As for the VRBO, we could not ask for a better place to stay. It is in the heart of Plaka with great views of the Acropolis. The apartment was perfect for all five of us and it had an additional private room with a couch that we did not expect, it was perfect for one of my children. The apartment had everything we needed and was bright and spacious. We became regulars at the restaurant directly below the apartment and it was a great place to relax and very convenient. There were many places to eat and shop nearby and most of what we wanted to see was within a 15 minute walk. We will definitely book it again on our next trip to Athens.

We had a great time in Athens. George was amazing at coordinating all of our transportation and check in process. The condo location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Our only complaint was the little bugs in the master shower. Otherwise perfectly clean and cool and lovely.

We loved staying at this property. It was literally in the middle of everything and we could walk everywhere. George was the best host, giving us tips, setting up airport transports, quickly answering anything we needed. We recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great communication , car service - very smooth ride from the airport. Great location – in the heart of Plaka and walking distance to Acropolis.Clean and comfortable , as described , the view from the roof terrace is incredible. Great to hang out at night. No car needed.

At Home in Plaka

We couldn't have been more satisfied with our accommodations and visit to Athens. From the moment we arrived(2 adults and a tween), we had excellent communication with George for the property and the driver who picked us up. We took advantage of booking airport transportation with George. We all slept well on the comfortable beds. This location was excellent, as you could walk everywhere. You can hear the action happening from the restaurants, but we liked it. We opened our window to listen to the live music for a bit, and then we had no problem going to sleep when we wanted to. We hope to return to Athens and would absolutely stay here again!

Best location in Athens!

My family and I (kids ages 16, 14, 12) stayed at the lovely apartment during Easter week for 5 nights could not have asked for a better apartment and better location! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had which was a great bonus and put our minds at ease. The apartment was spotless and more roomy than we even expected. The rooftop balcony with the view of the acropolis was amazing! The apartment is located in the heart of Plaka with many shops and restaurants so there were no shortage to choose from. Highly recommend! :)

The most perfect apartment in the Plaka district!

The apartment is even better than advertised! It is incredibly clean and spacious and located in the fantastic Plaka district. We didn't do any cooking, but if you choose to, the kitchen is enormous with modern appliances. Even though it was a bit cold to spend much time on the rooftop terrace, it was lovely to have it available to us and on the first night we sipped some wine while marveling at the illuminated Acropolis in the distance. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood but of course you''ll also want to venture into other parts of the city as well. The apartment is located across the street from a cafe that employs Greek musicians and on any given night you can walk out the door and being serenaded by beautiful music. You can even hear the singing and playing while sitting in the living room, although the sound is a bit muffled inside. George, the owner of the property was easily reached when needed and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. You can use either codes or keys to access the apartment and we loved having that option. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to book this property!

Beautiful apartment on the most quant street

Absolutely adored our stay at this apartment on a quant pedestrian street in Plaka! Plenty of places to eat and shop just steps from the front door. host was beyond accommodating! We were a family of 4 and all had our own spaces and had even more room than needed! I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Plaka Apartment

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO rental in the heart of the Plaka. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do in Athens, all within a 15-minute walk. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the rooftop view of the Acropolis at night. Highly recommend!

Spacious, luxurious apartment right in the heart of Plaka

This place lives up to all our expectations. Beautifully presented, lots of space, a haven in the business of the city. Right on a square and pedestrian street, lots of restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the Acropolis and other major sights. Whilst the area is touristy, it is a great place to be. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Good communication from our host. The roof top terrace is excellent. Great view of the Acropolis and a place to unwind after a day in the city. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our 7-night stay

Perfect location, Clean, Well-equipped, Great A/C and Water Temp/Pressure, Separate Washer & Dryer
who could ask for more. George met us at the property and gave a thorough overview of everything. We also used George to coordinate airport pick-up and transport to cruise port at the end of our stay. All flawless. The beds were very comfortable and I slept better here than I do in my own bed back home. A little noise from outside in the main bedroom, but not enough to keep me from falling asleep. Highly recommend. Grocery store is super close. We didn’t cook, but did use the coffee makers and laundry every day! Great for a group of 5 or less. Second bedroom is connected to a stairwell to a loft/attic bedroom space perfect for kids.

Wonderful Apartment

It was a beautiful upgraded apartment in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. It had all the amenities you need. There was a beautiful rooftop terrace that you could go up to with a view of the Acropolis. Great to go up and have a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.

Perfect location
