We are happy to welcome you in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment of 66sq.m that has recently been renovated from top to bottom whilst on the same time we managed to preserve the 50âs character well maintained. Itâs suitable for four travelersâ either youâre in Athens for business or pleasure.
The apartment is in the heart of Pagrati, in walking distance from the popular square of âPlatea Proskoponâ and âPlateia Varnavaâ surrounded by coffee shops, patisseries, bakeries, traditional tavernas, cocktail bars, awarded Michelin restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies just a few steps away from the apartment.
Within walking distance you can find the National Garden, the Museum of Vasilis and Elizas Goulandris Foundation, the National Gallery â Alexandros Soutsos Museum, the Panathenaic â âKallimarmaroâ stadium, and the Alsos Pagratiou.
Walking through Rizari Park you can reach the metro station Evagelismos, within 750m.
