The apartment measures 30m² and it's located on the 6th floor of the building with an amazing seaview from the balcony. The apartment provides all the amenities anyone can need for a pleasant stay. Consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.The balcony of the house completes the cozy feeling of the apt in which you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax in the afternoon whille enjoying the amazing view of the Saronic Gulf.

The Neighborhood:

From Palaio Faliro area, starts the Athenian Riviera which is one of the most amazing coastlines of Europe.

Palaio Faliro is situated on the east coast of the Phalerum Bay, a bay of the Saronic Gulf, 6 km southwest of Athens city center. The seaside area was redeveloped for the 2004 Summer Olympics, and now contains a seaside promenade, several sports venues, a marina and the Naval Tradition Park, where museum ships are exhibited.

The closest beaches where you can enjoy swimming are Edem Beach in 4 minutes walking distace from the apt and Alimos beach in only 8 minutes walking distance.

Located in 10 minutes walking distance is Flisvos Marina which is the most modern yacht station along the Athens Riviera. The area has one of the most renowned seafront promenades for evening wandering and gazing at the sunset.



More specifically, its facilities include 9 yacht service offices, 12 restaurants and cafeterias, 5 shops, parking areas with dedicated areas for individuals with disabilities, an electric vehicle charging station, ATMs, an information desk, a baby changing room and restrooms.

The area surrounding the Marina is particularly family-friendly, with playgrounds for children and an amusement park. Several parks full of greenery and flowers are ideal for a stroll. Some of them are pet-friendly as well.



Getting Around:

The apartment is easily accesible by taking the bus x96 directly from the Airport with direction to Piraeus(50min).You should get off the bus at the 30th station-Edem station.The apartment is next to the bus station. Tram station is also easy to reach.

There is a supermarket located as well right opposite from Edem station.
