Bonne location mais...

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© qui permet de visiter de nombreux sites Ă  pied. Pas de lave-vaisselle ni de four micro-ondes comme indiquĂ©s dans l'annonce. Literie moyenne. Les cloches de l'Ă©glise voisine vous rĂ©veilleront peut-ĂȘtre Ă  7h du matin...

Great Apartment in Convenient location

Great Apartment in Convenient location! We loved this super cute space. Close to restaurants & shopping. Wonderful patio views of the Acropolis. Grocery store 3 minute walk. Air conditioning works fabulous, comfy bed's, great communication with the owners, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. We were here for 8 days and loved it. *Only draw back would be; not suitable for elderly, elevator starts on second floor. We were fine but my parents would not have been able to stay here.

Amazing

Great apartment, ideal location with easy access to all that Athens has to offer. There were four adults in our group and we were very comfortable with plenty of space. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessities. Balcony was great bonus. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Highly recommend for a stay in Athens.

Heart of the city

My husband and I were thrilled to stay in Athens. This location was perfect. It is a little hard to find, so it was perfect that they had someone meet us. They were easy to work with, even when we ended up getting in a day later. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that if stairs are difficult for you, this may not be the best place to stay. A single person is only accessible on floor 2 and above.

Perfect Athens location modern apartment - I’d stay again!

Location location location! In the heart of scenic/trendy Monastiraki. At your doorstep are cafes, restaurants, shopping, coin laundry (3 min walk), and trendy bars for the young at heart. All the top tourist spots close by: Plaka, Psyrri, central market, Syntagma, Acropolis, subway, etc. Lovely, clean, 2BR/1ba apartment with good layout, cute terrace and Acropolis view. Modern kitchen (we loved the Nespresso maker), strong A/C and hot water/pressure. We had a perfect short weekend stay and I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Athens with family/friends it it’s available. Communication with Bill & John, and our contact Asteris (great recommendations!), was excellent. We opted for the airport transport they provided (driver Haris and the Benz luxury van were both amazing). We enjoyed The Zillers rooftop dining, The Clumsies, The Traditional, O Thanasis, and Bolivar Beach Bar - along with all the Athens sightseeing we could pack in. I will seek out other Bill & John properties on my travels!

Time in Athens

Location was excellent and rooms/layout of apartment were great for my daughters and me. There was two flights of stairs to walk up prior to reaching the elevator and if you had an issues (thankfully we don’t) it could have been challenging! Grocery store was close and easy to get staples. The toaster was broken and a small leak under the sink but nothing that impacted our stay. Great value for the price. Oh, and the balcony was nice to have a different view of the street.

Great Stay in Central Location

The apartment was perfect for our family of four (two adult children). It was very clean, well equipped and spacious--photos were accurate. We took the metro from the airport to Monastiraki, then a five-minute walk to the apartment, where the very helpful Sefat was waiting for us. The location was perfect for us: we were able to walk everywhere. Thank you!

Nice apartment

Great location, near restaurants, shopping, public transportation. It did get a little noisy in the evenings due to it being in the middle of a busy area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning as it has a great view of the Acropolis.

Great apartment in a great area!

We had the best time staying in this place when visiting Greece!! We had never been to Greece before and were pleasantly surprised with how close this location was to all of the major historical sites and markets we wanted to visit. Great food was less than a block away, the night life was great. Inside the apartment was quiet and kept the street noise out although being in the center of it all. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions of where to visit and good restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. I would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to Athens

The property was as described. Very clean and plenty of space. Management communicated well and allowed early us early check-in. We were provided with clear, easy instructions as well as a map with helpful tips. Location is excellent. Guests must carry luggage up one flight of stairs and there is an elevator that can be taken the rest of the way. Would stay there again!

Enjoyable stay

Everything about our stay went smoothly, comfortably, and cleanly. We loved the balcony where we could watch the people pass by and the stray cats. We would highly recommend if you want to stay in the heart of a city. Easy to walk to Acropolis (we are active) and many sights and restaurants. Pizza shop across the way was also delicious and so convenient.

This 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 3 to explore Athens -- well located and managed professionally. Our hosts quickly responded on whatsapp to questions. We especially enjoyed being nearby the Central Market and within walking distance to most sites. We arranged pickup at the airport through them and it make check in especially easy.

Great location!

The property is as advertised, clean, modern, all the amenities. Dennis was very attentive, even allowed us to check in early! Short walk from train stations (Monastiraki and Syntagma Square). Definitely will go back.

Clean, modern, great location

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The communication, check in and check out were easy. It is a clean, modern, well done 2- bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a living room and small kitchen. The apartment was free of clutter. The pictures and description are accurate. The bedroom doors lead from the living room. The apartment was a good size for 4 people. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony with acropolis view. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The mattresses were very comfortable with good linen. The portion of the street in front of the apartment is pedestrian only and it was quite at night. We walked everywhere, to the acropolis 17 min, to the Roman Agora 7 min, to the Plaka and Psyri neighborhoods. There’s lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed City Zen with its rooftop terrace and Acropolis view, also Lithos taverna. The apartment is in the old town where some buildings are completely renovated, while others are run down. This building was well done and safe with locks at the street entrance. Thanks for hosting us.

Centrale lokatie, schoon en leuk ingericht

Een appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Erg schoon en centraal gelegen. Ingericht met leuke details die het gezellig huiselijk maken. Voldoende ingerichte keuken, je kunt er met gemak een maaltijd bereiden. De straat is een beetje vervallen, en de kerktoren slaat hard, dus wellicht niet zo geschikt voor lichte slapers. Let op: lift is op de 1e etage, en komt niet naar de begane grond. Voor ons was dit geen van beiden een probleem, dus we bevelen het van harte aan.

Cute and cozy

We arrived early before check in time and Spiros accommodate us. He was there to wait for us. And let us in. We took the steps up and then the elevator but we were staying only on the second floor. Be aware if you are caring heavy suitcases. The place is safe with security lock since the area can be a little scary even though it is upcoming. The Appartment views were really nice and the balcony was small but cute. The road is a pedestrian only access and there were street musicians playing all day and almost all night. A lot of foot traffic. . There is great pizza and falafel place next door. Very close proximity to monastiraki square . The interior was nice and comfortable but I would not recommend it for more than a family of 4 because of the one bathroom. The bathroom was big but had some issues with plumbing that we were informed that they were going to fix. The kitchen was nice with a sitting table in the common area. There were two coffee machines an espresso and a drip coffee maker. I did not cook but seemed complete. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels as well as toiletries were great. I would recommend this place for the area but keep in mind that it is noisy here especially in the summers.
