The "Athenian Climb" & Layout 🏛️👣



Apartment Access: Please note that the apartments is on the 2nd floor up from the entrance via the staircase. The staircase is wide and well lit.



Rooftop Access: To reach the shared rooftop, there is a 2-story climb via the spiral outdoor staircase located directly from the back balcony of the apartment.



The sunset view over Filopappou Hill is a verified highlight, but we recommend it for guests who are comfortable with stairs and heights!



Neighborhood Topography 🏔️



Koukaki is a beautiful, hilly neighborhood. While we are in a prime location, some streets leading from the metro (Syngrou-Fix) are on an incline. If you are arriving with heavy luggage, we highly recommend a quick taxi/Uber (approx. 4-5€) for a seamless door-to-door arrival! 🚕



Quiet Hours & Respect 🤫



To maintain the "peaceful haven" our guests love, we kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the building and the residential street. We value the harmony with our local neighbors - please keep noise levels low.
