Apartment Access: Please note that the apartments is a garden-level sanctuary located just 9 easy steps down from the main entrance. This unique position keeps the apartment naturally cooler during the Greek summer and exceptionally quiet.



Rooftop Access: To reach the shared rooftop, there is a 4-story climb via the spiral outdoor staircase located directly on your private patio. The sunset view over Filopappou Hill is a verified highlight, but we recommend it for guests who are comfortable with stairs and heights!



Neighborhood Topography 🏔️

Koukaki is a beautiful, hilly neighborhood. While we are in a prime location, some streets leading to the metro (Syngrou-Fix) are on an incline. If you are arriving with heavy luggage, we recommend a quick taxi/Uber (approx. 4-5€) for a seamless door-to-door arrival! 🚕



Quiet Hours & Respect 🤫

To maintain the "peaceful haven" our guests love, we kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the building and the residential street. We value the harmony with our local neighbors—please keep noise levels low, especially during the Greek quiet hours (3:00 PM – 5:30 PM) and after 10:00 PM.

To support a sustainable stay, we ask that you turn off the AC units when leaving the apartment. For our winter guests, the unit features Central Gas Radiators, providing a cozy, consistent warmth that is a rare premium feature in central Athens.
