The flat is located exactly at the centre of Palaio Faliro just one block from the sea.
A safe and quiet area ideal for couples or a group of 3 people.
The central road of Palaio Faliro, Agiou Alexandrou that has everything you can need as super marker, stores,banks,farmacies cafes and very nice restaurants is also one breath away.
The apartment is accross the Athens riviera.
The brand new Athens opera(Stauros Niarxos)is five minutes by car or taxi. The area is the ideal location for those who want to be close to the center but don't want to loose the opportunity to en joy the sea and the sun.
Rea hospital only 8 minutes by car and Onassio hospital 10 minutes.

Glufada area close by is great with beautiful market and restaurants.
Vouliagmeni lake and Sounio Temble of Poseidon is nice it has to have good weather.
S.O.S The down entrance door is always locked so please DONT FORGET at the day of your check out to take the keys with you and leave it at the keybox that is outside the building.
