Comfortable and stylish decorated 1st floor apartment, situated only 500 meters from the heart of Glyfada, yet still quiet and convenient in its location. Its proximity to the center of Glyfada is ideal as it allows for you to enjoy shopping and entertainment without the hustle and buzz of the center and easy access to the beach, only 1,3 km away. Easy access to all transportation from / to airport and also to Athens center with a bus, tram or the nearby metro (3,7km).

The space
It accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest and a work desk, a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs and a bathroom with a bathtub. Enjoy the view of the lush, green garden from the balcony.

When you arrive at the building, you will find a 2 key boxes on your left hand side. Ours is the one on the left. Enter the password and remove the keys. Close the Key box door and shuffle the numbers of the code. Take the elevator up to the 1st floor (please note that the building has 2 mezzanine levels between the ground floor and the 1st floor, so it may get confusing if you take the stairs). Exit the elevator and follow the left passageway. Glyfada Central is the 1st door on the right. The door bell says VKbnb or MITZAS. Enter the apartment and insert the electricity card attached to the keys, in the slot on the right of the entrance.

During your Stay

For HOT WATER please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position marked Hot Water. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
