Bright Apartment in Athens City Center 2 bedroom with terrace

We welcome you to our apartment in the historic center of Athens, one of the oldest capitals in the world! We have done our best to make your stay here a unique experience!
This apartment is 50m2, and was completely renovated in December 2024. The house is equipped with all the comforts.
Here you will find two bedrooms where you will enjoy your sleep on anatomical mattresses and down duvets in winter, light duvets in spring and autumn and cool sheets in summer. A fifth guest, if it is a child, can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. Please inform us before your arrival. If you have a baby up to three years old, we have a playpen so that you can have your baby close to you without depriving yourself of a perfect sleep!
You will find an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe located in the left bedroom. Each bedroom has a luggage rack for your suitcase and sockets next to each bed.
A hairdryer can also be found in the closet of each bedroom.
In case you need it, an extra set of towels, and a blanket is in each closet.
In the bathroom you will find hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
In the Kitchen you can find everything you need to make coffee or tea. There is a coffee machine, as well as a kettle to heat water. Filter coffee, tea and sugar are available.
You will also find a toaster and a sandwich maker-grill. There is a microwave oven, stoves and cooking utensils to cook some food.
A 43-inch Smart TV is located in your living room with a Netflix subscription.
Two fire extinguishers are located in the space. One in the kitchen and one in the hallway of the apartment. A fire blanket is located under the sink.
A spacious 20 sqm balcony is at your disposal.
About the Neighborhood:
The beauty of Athens is everywhere. It is in the small shops and tiny cafes that live in every neighborhood. These landmarks are just a few of the many attractions in the historic center of Athens. Visitors can spend days exploring the area and not see everything it has to offer. Within a few minutes walk you can find all the famous attractions, the central market of Athens, shopping malls, restaurants with the best Greek dishes, famous bars and cafes.
- Omonia Square, as well as Monastiraki Square with the corresponding Metro stops are 500m away (7 minutes walk).
- The Psirri neighborhood with countless bars and taverns is right next door (5 minutes walk).

If you need parking:
There is a ParkinAthens application, a controlled parking system of the Municipality of Athens for parking on central streets of Athens. However, parking on the streets is generally difficult in downtown Athens. I would recommend a closed parking lot. Very close to the apartment you will find two central and economic parking lots: The parking lot in Klafthmonos, with a charge of 13 euros a day and the Varvakio market (6 Socrates 6), with a charge of 10 euros a day which is the most economical.
