The apartment:

The apartment is comfortable for 2 persons. It features brand new air conditioning, free high-speed 100 Mbps Wi-Fi ideal for digital nomads, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, a working area, a dining area, and a sitting area. It is bright, with a large window leading to a private balcony. It is furnished with great attention to detail, featuring soft dove-white walls, marble and greige Italian tiles, and natural wooden flooring.

Bedroom:

“Sealy Vermont” mattress, hypoallergenic pillows, quality linens, and three-level dimmable bedside lighting ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen:

The kitchen includes two coffee machines (espresso and Americano), a microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, an oven, a built-in washing machine, a toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, electric mixer, a large refrigerator, and all the essentials of a fully equipped kitchen. Tap water is drinkable.

The bathroom:

An elegant modern space offering a spa-like feel. Bathroom amenities, towels in two sizes, and a hairdryer are provided.

Additional:

Iron and ironing board are available. Original paintings decorate the walls, and a selection of books is provided for guests.

My name is Katerina Kypriotou. I have been in the hospitality business since 2018 as the owner and manager of Villa Mariza Corfu, a short-term rental property located on the beautiful and aristocratic island of Corfu in the Ionian Sea. Drawing from this experience and recognizing the needs of travelers visiting Athens, I created KK Athens Fine Stay—a stylish, elegant, and cozy apartment designed with care and attention in the neighborhood where I grew up, the safe and peaceful area of Agios Ioannis in central Athens. My goal is to offer guests a high-quality hospitality experience that exceeds expectations and makes them feel at home.

The neighborhood:

KK Athens Fine Stay is an excellent choice when visiting Athens, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation very close to the historical center. Located directly opposite Agios Ioannis Metro Station in the safe and peaceful Neos Kosmos area, the neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and secure, with many shops (including 24-hour convenience stores), cafés, and restaurants nearby.

The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, 35 km (21.7 miles) away, conveniently connected by Metro. The building is a typical Athenian residence with friendly and helpful residents. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator access.

The location:

The location offers easy access, either on foot or via public transport, to all major monuments, museums, historical sites, shopping areas, entertainment venues, restaurants, and tavernas. It is also close to the Athens Riviera coastline. The nearest supermarket (Sklavenitis) is just a 3-minute walk away, a bakery-pastry shop is 2 minutes away, and several cafés are literally at your doorstep.
