The Space
It accommodates a comfortable living room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for your daily needs, two bedrooms with king size beds and a comfortable bathroom with shower. It also has 2 radiators and 1 heater for the bathroom.

The location
Athina is only 3 km from the center of Athens. Within walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a pharmacy as well as the local market to do your shopping.

Climb the stairs and you will find the apartment on the 1rst floor right in front of you. At the entrance of the building you will find a key box. Enter the Lock Box code and remove the apartment keys.

During your Stay

For hot water please push up the switch at the electricity board that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning unit and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
