The apartment (65 sq m) consists of two distinct, soundproofed spaces, which communicate through a central point:

The Master Suite: An impressive space that includes a bedroom, a 55'' Smart TV, private bathroom and a modern Bistro-Lounge with a raised dining table and bar seating - the ideal spot for wine, work or dining. Here is the fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

The Independent Suite: A second, fully autonomous room with its own private bathroom, Smart TV, refrigerator and balcony.

Connection: The two apartments are connected via a private vestibule at the entrance, offering complete isolation with their armored doors, and from the rest of the building.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, enjoying all the amenities of both private suites and the common areas. Check-in is easy and independent (self check-in), with detailed instructions sent prior to your arrival.

Access & Transportation:
To the Center in 15': Trolleybuses 2, 4 and buses 036, 622 pass every few minutes and take you directly to Syntagma and the Acropolis in about 15-20 minutes. If you are more than 3 people, we recommend using a taxi, as the cost is about the same as moving by public transportation.

Convenience in the Neighborhood: Within a radius of 50-200 meters you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and some of the best bakeries in Athens and the famous Fokionos Negri with its beautiful cafes, bars, taverns just a few meters away! Experience authentic Athens like a local, from food to entertainment!

The building is located at one of the highest points in Athens. Due to the steepness of the roads in the area, we strongly recommend using Taxi/Uber for your first arrival with luggage.

Early Arrival: We always try to accommodate early arrivals. If the apartment is ready before 15:00, we will provide access codes free of charge. Please note that this depends on the previous guest's departure and the time needed for professional cleaning (typically ready by 12:30 - 13:00).
