The apartment is located in Varkiza â the jewel of the Greek capital â away from the noise of the busy seafront, yet only a few minutes walk from the sea, bakeries, cafĂ©s, restaurants serving fresh fish and Mediterranean cuisine, pharmacies, and local shops.
From the apartment windows, you can enjoy a view of a green, well-kept square with benches, a fountain, and walking paths â a pleasant space that adds a sense of calm and freshness to the home.
The area is safe, lively, and still pleasantly residential. Here, you can enjoy peace and privacy without losing easy access to the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Families with children will also appreciate the brand-new fenced playground located just a few minutes walk from the building.
Within walking distance or a short drive, you will find both organized beaches, such as Yabanaki Beach with water sports and beach facilities, and more secluded free swimming spots with crystal-clear water and beautiful marine nature.
Just 4 minutes away by car is Lake Vouliagmeni â a unique natural treasure of the region. Its mineral-rich thermal waters and small Garra rufa fish create a truly special experience in a beautiful natural setting. The third bedroom, overlooking the park, has an extendable bed suitable for two people. An additional sleeping place can be arranged in the living room on the wide sofa.
