Vassili Deluxe Residence is an apartment on the first floor of the building. It actually is two joined apartments: each of them has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa that can be set as a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining area and a balcony.

The inspiration of the architect, Shiraz Nader, was the beautiful and vibrant 70âs, taking the trends from that era and giving them a contemporary twist.
Warm wood and marble dominate in the building, tied with original mosaics and unique decorative elements.
The earthy colors prevail: white, grey and teal. But the color of olive is the absolute protagonist.
