Perfect apartment for family of 4-5 in the heart of Athens

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything needed from coffee maker, iron, washer/Dryer, pans,
. Check-in was excellent. We were allowed to check in very early (depended on whether or not it was occupied the night before). A representative met us at the apartment and showed us the place and gave us the keys. The location was perfect. The street had little cafes, bakeries, and coffee shops. There is a subway station and taxi stand one minute away. It is close to the Acropolis and museum (easy 10 minute walk). Bathrooms were great and spacious. All rooms are air-conditioned. Communication with the owner was great with very fast responses. There isn’t a thing more that I could have wanted. If I ever go back to Athens I will stay here again.

Checking in was unexpected

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. There are several restaurants and a taxi stand just outside the building. Check in was a bit confusing. We arrived jet lagged at the address of a hotel only to be told that we were staying a few blocks away in an apartment building. They put our luggage in storage and we walked around while they finished cleaning.

Wonderful location, super nice place

A little hard to find at first, but otherwise almost perfect. We loved the location, an easy walk to the acropolis and other downtown sites. The place was squeaky clean and modern. Almost everything needed was there. We were hoping for an automatic clothes dryer but there was a drying rack that worked fine for us. The master bedroom shutters (and hence the window) did not open, and the shower drain was a little slow, but this did not bother us at all. Parking on arrival was challenging but once we understood it better it was never hard to find nearby street parking.

Comfortable and convenient to everything!

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our stay at this Athens gem. Literally steps away from the Sigrou fix subway station and convenient to all the major sights, this apartment is as beautiful and comfortable (and immaculately clean) as is shown in the photos. Communication with management was smooth, fast, and check in was seamless. We were greeted by Antonis who welcomed us warmly and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and bars among other things. As I visited with my adult niece, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of privacy for relaxing after long days spent sightseeing. There are plenty of little cafes on the street for a quick bite but we usually grabbed a coffee from the wonderful coffee shop next door before hopping the train one stop to the Acropolis station, or 2 to Syntagma Square. I highly recommend Bill and John’s place for a stay in Athens!
