Stay in Athens near Acropolis Museum & Plaka.

The modern designer rooms were spacious and and across the road it’s a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and many restaurants and Plaka shopping precinct. Slight road noise at night in the bedrooms but does not prevent a good night.Airconditioning split in each room so cooling is not a problem. TV in each bedroom and family room. Couch converts to fold or bed so can take up to 6 people or separate beds forr 2 adult children. 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets makes it easy to shower and get organised.Also the staff of Bill and John are very accommodating and customer focused.I’d be happy to come again.Thank you, Spero

Amazing

This property was unbelievable. Great location, walking distance to everything that we wanted to do.My kids walked in and were blown away that they get to stay at a place like this. The AC units were amazing because it was a very hot weekend that we chose to go.The owner was so gracious and let us check in early because we got into town earlier than we expected. It was an incredible weekend. Very thankful for the host.

Perfect location

This beautiful apartment is perfect for 4 adults. The location is very close to all of the major attractions. The Plaka area is steps away. We stayed after a cruise for 3 nights. Communication was great. We would stay again if visiting Athens.

Great apartment

The apartment was really nicely decorated. It was clean and beds and showers were great. The hosts were so helpful and easy to contact. We really liked the young man who helped us check in. Great location too. We were all very happy with our choice.

Athens getaway

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Great location and within walking distance to some of Athen’s greatest attractions. John and Bill were excellent to deal with and responded promptly to our queries. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean, modern, comfortable apartment very close to the Acropolis

I spent 3 nights here with my husband and 2 kids. The apartment is very clean and modern with comfortable beds, lots of seating, and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the Acropolis and the Plaka area with lots of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, and modern apt with a wonderful host

Exceptionally stunning, clean, modern, spacious apt with nice layout. Bedrooms are spacious, modern, with high-quality beddings. Sofa and pull-out sofa bed is firm and high-quality. Bathrooms are beautiful. Kitchen is great, with espresso machine. We absolutely loved this apartment. Just a lovely place. Also an exceptional host - very responsive, professional, and helpful.

Great place!

We stayed here on our way back from the island because we wanted to stay near the Plaka for one night. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Plaka and even with 3 kids under 10, we felt safe walking to and from even though it was late in the evening. The accommodations were very comfortable and the place was very nice. We look forward to staying again next year.

Short Stay in Athens

This is a really clean place with all ammenities. Its in a great location close to all the action. Hosts were very accomodating, letting us store our luggage while we toured around after checkout. Help set up transportation to and from the airport, which was a huge plus. Would recommend this place.

Perfect Place to Explore Athens!

We loved our stay at Acropolis Holmes Residence! They were very communicative before our stay, and offered a lot of recommendations, etc. When we arrived, Nick was there to greet us, and made us feel so at home. The place is very clean, lovely, perfectly appointed, and great for the four of us. We have two teenage boys, so one slept in the bed, and the other comfortably on the sofa pull-out couch. It was easy to navigate all over the city, and we even rented a car for a day, and it was right next door. Taxis were easy to catch in front, so it was a very convenient location. Great water pressure in the showers, and great Wifi. We did a few day trips to nearby islands, and getting to and from the port was very easy because of the location. I messaged Nick a few times to bring some towels, with questions, and he always got back to me right away and was so kind! We love this place, and highly recommend it!

Enjoyable Vrbo Stay

Our party of four stayed at the Vrbo for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The facility was very clean and had excellent furnishings. It was an easy walk to the historic area. The staff were all very accommodating, quickly providing responses to email questions before our arrival and during our stay. They arranged transportation from the airport to Piraeus, from there to the Vrbo and then back to the airport. They stored our luggage on the last day after we checked out of the Vrbo so that we could go sightseeing prior to departure.
