Cozy apartment with a fantastic swimming pool in the residential complex where it’s located, as well as a pleasant terrace. Situated in the heart of Las AmĂ©ricas, halfway between Playa de Las AmĂ©ricas and Los Cristianos, in an area that enjoys a summery vibe all year round. It can accommodate up to 3 guests, with sleeping arrangements in the bedroom and the living room, plus a terrace that’s perfect for unwinding. This home has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

This charming property is just a short walk from Playa de Las Américas and is perfect for families, couples, or friends. It accommodates up to 3 guests, with a bedroom featuring two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed, and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment also includes a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy terrace ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, and access to the swimming pool in the residential complex.

Its location is excellent — on a quiet street, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions of Las AmĂ©ricas.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave, living room with sofa bed, washing machine, terrace, two communal swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, sheets and shower towels, crib and high chair.

Nice complex

Needs a new washing machine as i put some cloths in and thy came out dirtier than thy went in i then purchased a machine cleaner and that worked but thy machine would not spin the water out

When myself and my 22 year granddaughter arrived at the property we were met by an agent , he showed us to the apartment and gave us the keys however he didn't explain to us anything about using the fob to enter the complex. We went out to have dinner and we were unable to get back into the complex and we had to call the the contact number to find out how to get back in. The girl was very helpful and she arranged for a gentleman to open the gate for us. Apart from getting off to a bad start I spent a very enjoyable month there. The apartment was clean well equipped and the beds were comfortable, the complex is very well maintained and spotlessly clean in a vey central location.

We would go again

It was clean when we came but the rest of the 10 days stay there was no cleaning. Contact with the manager was when we got the keeys. The location was very good. It looked as in the photos.

Do not stay here

Everything was going well until we checked into the property. We had specifically chosen an apartment with a bath and sure enough, there was a bath but with a gaping hole in it just above the plug hole. I contacted the property management through email, asking them to contact me which they did by return email within minutes asking for details of the problem. This I did and was met with radio silence. No response from emails, messages through the Vrbo platform and no answer on the phone number I had. I eventually found a number on the internet that got a response only to be told that the bath was fine, it was just old! I emailed a photo of said hole and made the lady stay on the line until she had received it. Oh, she said, it’s a hole!!!! She said she would call me back when she had spoken to department that dealt with problems. I eventually rang her back after waiting for over an hour and was told I could either use the shower, which was over the bath or cancel the reservation and find somewhere else myself as they couldn’t. The toilet also didn’t flush but luckily, my husband did a temporary fix on this to get us through. The kitchen sink had a large crack in it so water leaked into the cupboard below every time we washed dishes. i could go on!! The lack of communication and complete lack of support was horrendous. I will never use this company again. I also received an email reminding me of the check out time as they had other guests arriving, I feel sorry for them!!!
