The separate kitchen is both functional and well-appointed, with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks, including:

• Oven and gas stove• Microwave• Fridge-freezer• Italian moka pot for coffee lovers• A complete set of cookware, utensils, and dinnerware

- Cosy bedrooms with unique character

Located on the first floor, the two bedrooms are separated by the main bathroom for privacy. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with high-quality furniture, some of which have been upcycled for a modern touch.

Master bedroom: This room features a king-size bed (180cm), ample wardrobe and drawer space, and a table and chairs by the window with spectacular beach and ocean views. Electric sun-blocking blinds ensure restful mornings.

Twin bedroom: This room includes two single beds (90cm), a spacious wardrobe, a desk, and charming decor. It also provides access to the first-floor terrace.

- Modern bathroom

The spacious main bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A utility cupboard holds a washing machine and cleaning supplies for added convenience.

- First-floor terrace: a sun-filled oasis

The colourful first-floor terrace is a hidden gem. It offers a peaceful retreat with sunloungers where you can soak up the Canary Islands’ year-round sunshine. Enjoy the tranquillity of this space while taking in the serene atmosphere.Other things to note:

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11am.

ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL

All guests over 16 must submit their ID to comply with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law). Do not hesitate to write to us with any questions; we will gladly give you more details.

TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard.

We provide all bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel per guest, and 1 hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom.

Please send us a message to request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more.

MID-STAY CLEANING

Mid-stay cleaning is available for €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Send us a message if you want us to arrange this.

FAMILIES

We welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably.

Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, and it is available for €30 per reservation.

Please let us know if you require this; we'll gladly assist you.

REMOTE WORKING

If you plan to work remotely during your stay, rent a 22-inch monitor with HDMI cable for €30. Please send us a message to request this.
