This cozy house has capacity for 4 people distributed in two bedrooms, the main one with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, and the second one with a trundle bed made up of two single beds and a desk. Both bedrooms have storage space for clothes and ceiling fan for greater comfort. It has a bathroom with bathtub, a large space with kitchenette, dining area, living room with Smart TV 55” and a comfortable sofa, all integrated in the same space. In addition, this room has direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the good weather of the place.

Located in the heart of Abades, one of the most interesting fishing villages in the south of the island. A few minutes from the beach and with very good connection to the freeway, perfect for exploring the rest of the island.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, crib, towels, sheets, gym in the residential complex and much more.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:00 to 22:00.
