2. Modern Nature House. Attractions Easy Accessible.

A lovely, modern guesthouse on our recently renovated farmhouse Welgelegen. This guesthouse has a private entrance and private terras with an amazing look out. It has its own kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and oven/microwave. The stairs bring you to the upper floor where you find a kingsize double bed and a walk in shower. The sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 persons. The lodge is situated next to a beautiful river and within a 15 minute walk you can catch a train to Amsterdam.

The guesthouse has a kingsize doublebed upstairs and a sofabed downstairs. The sofabed has bedding and is suitable for two persons.

We as a family live on the farm and are able to explain you everything about the environment.

IMPORTANT:
- Our property is located in a quiet area, and we prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests. There are other guests on the premises so we kindly request to respect the quiet hours and be considerate of your neighbors during your stay.

- This accommodation is not a place to party. We have quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Groups of friends are welcome if they are willing to pay a security deposit and respect our house rules.

- Traveling with a large group? Our other farm lodges are available for rent as well. Please contact us for availability.

The farm lodge is situated on a farm build around 1850 surrounded by a beautiful and typical Dutch rural and quiet landscape. It's a perfect place to find rest en inspiration. There are beautiful bike routes and you can take beautiful walks. If you want you can enjoy the beautiful city Amsterdam within 25 minutes.

At the back of the farm we have plenty of parking space. Also the train station is 5 minutes away. The train brings you in 20 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Check out the app 9292 for train times and costs.

- No drugs (including Cannabis)
- All guests have to be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00. If you come home during the quiet hours please be quiet. Other guests might be sleeping.
- Please be careful with the key, if you lose it we have to charge you €30 to cover costs.
