Visit the 60’s themed movie theater and restaurant walking distance, near by brewery/winery/cafe/restaurants, wedding venues, Lime Rock Racing, skiing. Direct train to Wassaic from MetroNorth

Located on the dead end street this cottage is fully re-done, spacious with 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs) 2 baths, (1 downstairs, 1 upstairs.). Secluded next to a creak and forest. Fire pit with outdoor seating, hammock, indoor and outdoor games, bicycles.

The cottage is located in walking distance to the center of Amenia, yet you will have so much privacy that it feels as if you are in the woods by a creak. A scenic walking trail is a short walk from the cottage. Close to Line Rock and many ski mountains. The grocery store is within walking distance as well as many restaurants: ManyPeggy’s Sweet and Savory (Breakfast/Lunch) at 3312 NY-343,

Plenty of car parking in private yard of the house. You do not need a car to go to town, restaurants and stores.

There are two security cameras, one at the front and one at back door.
The price changes depending on the number of guests. Please be sure to indicate the correct number of guests.
Don`t worry if you forget to bring some essentials. The cottage has the following upon your arrival: coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, 1 roll of paper towel, garbage bags, laundry detergent, plenty of towels, 2 rolls of toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brush/paste, hair comb, hair dryer and iron.
No parties! No smoking inside! No visitors or extra guests without asking!
Please do not leave doors or windows with no screens open as the house will fill up with mosquitos.
There are two security cameras, one at each entrance door.
There is open body of water, please supervise children.
