The family-friendly house is located in the village of Alvaneu Dorf in the canton of Graubünden. The location is situated at an altitude of 1200 m on the connecting road between Davos and Lenzerheide.



The semi-offset layout of the floors gives the interior a friendly atmosphere. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a shower/WC, a living/dining area with an open fireplace and an open gallery above the living/dining area. The gallery offers overnight accommodation for up to four additional people with an additional sofa bed, so that a total of up to ten people can find space. A terrace and a large balcony are attached. An integrated garage and two parking spaces in front of the house provide space for three vehicles. The kitchen with a three-plate electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with *** freezer compartment and separate microwave is fully equipped with crockery. The house has an electric underfloor central heating system.



The idyllic ski paradise of Albulatal in the canton of Graubünden invites you to a winter holiday with its magnificent mountain landscape. A ski slope suitable for beginners with a ski lift is located on site. The ski areas of Davos, equipped with modern lifts and first-class slopes, as well as the ski regions of Lenzerheide/Valbella (known from the FIS Ski World Cup Final) and Savognin are each approximately 20 km from the centrally located Alvaneu and can be quickly reached by car or postal bus. Both in Davos and in Lenzerheide, there are also opportunities for other winter activities, such as ice skating, curling, snow walks, etc. The access road passing by the house can also be used as a sledging slope in winter. The sledging paradise of Bergün is also about 20 minutes away. Below the village, the thermal bath with sauna landscape in the sub-municipality of Alvaneu Bad offers relaxation, or treat yourself to a leisurely window shopping in Davos or Lenzerheide and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, or a "Schümli Pflümli".



Directly from the front door, you can undertake diverse hikes and walks in the summer. For example, you can stroll to the summer pasture above the village, hike from the Albula Valley to Arosa, or enjoy an impressive mountain panorama when descending from the 2,865 m high Rothorn in Lenzerheide. The not-too-distant locations of Tiefencastel (approx. 6 km away) and Filisur (approx. 4 km away) are located on the Chur — St. Moritz railway line and are express train stations of the Glacier and Bernina Express of the Rhaetian Railway. Before Filisur, the famous Landwasser Viaduct is situated. Below the village, the thermal bath with sauna landscape and the adjacent 9-hole golf course in the sub-municipality of Alvaneu Bad offer relaxation. Water enthusiasts will get their money's worth at a small bathing lake in Savognin. Active holiday lovers are also catered for with a wide range of offerings, such as mountain biking, paragliding, and more. Moreover, Alvaneu is an ideal starting point for varied motorcycle tours.
