Located in a quiet residential complex with garden areas, just a few minutes from the beaches of El Bobo and Troya, where there is a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious and exquisitely decorated, it is ideal for couples, families and business trips as it has WiFi, 2 bedrooms and capacity for 3 people. This property is ideal for a unique experience in Tenerife.
This magnificent flat is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people and has an unbeatable location. It has two cosy bedrooms located on the upper floor which is accessed via a flight of stairs, the master bedroom with double bed, Smart TV and en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom with single bed and Smart TV. From the entrance of the flat down a flight of stairs, you will find the main floor with an open plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and open to the living room with a dining area, a comfortable sofa and direct access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy a nice lunch while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. Furthermore, on the third floor of the property there is another terrace ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
With an unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Américas and Costa Adeje.

Adeje is located in the Southwest of the Island, it also has 14 beaches with sand of all colours, where it is possible to swim all year round thanks to its average annual temperature of 24ÂșC and its almost 300 days of sunshine a year.
The beauty of the seabed and the more than 500 species that live on its coast make this municipality one of the favourite spots for visitors to practise scuba diving. Adeje has an extensive network of diving centres, where it is possible to hire lessons, organise dives and buy or rent equipment.
It is also worth mentioning the richness of its marine fauna, as it has one of the most important cetacean colonies in the world: pilot whales, dolphins and other species of aquatic mammals are found in its waters. It is a natural spectacle that can be enjoyed on board the boats used for observation.
In addition, some of the oldest geological materials on the island are found there, combined with an intense erosive activity of which the Roque del Conde or Pico de Abinque are faithful examples. The Barranco del Infierno (Hell's Ravine), protected as a Special Nature Reserve, and the phreatomagmatic crater of the Caldera del Rey also stand out. More than 45% of the surface of the municipality is made up of protected natural areas.
In recent years, the coast of the municipality has experienced incredible development. Known as Costa Adeje, it concentrates a hotel infrastructure of excellent quality, as well as a wide range of leisure, nature, rest and sport activities (with a special mention to its golf course)
The apartment is located in Costa Adeje, with the beach, shopping centres, restaurants and all the amenities you need just a few minutes walk away.
