Villa Panorama is a family-run villa situated in the peaceful village of Plat, just 11 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 6 km from Dubrovnik Airport. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, it offers panoramic sea views and a relaxing atmosphere, while remaining within easy reach of Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the beautiful beaches of Župa Dubrovačka.

All rooms and apartments feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a private bathroom, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, fresh bed linen and towels, a safety deposit box, and a private balcony or terrace with beautiful sea views. Apartments also include a fully equipped kitchenette, providing everything needed for a comfortable and independent stay.

The nearest beaches, offering a mix of pebble and sandy areas, are just 400 metres away, while a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine is within a short walking distance. A local bus stop with regular connections to Dubrovnik and Cavtat is just 200 metres from the property. Limited free private parking is available on site, with additional free public parking nearby.
