About this space
The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests, perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. All bookings are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with a priority discount for 7 night stays.
The space
We can sleep 12 guests in king size or twins beds. We can also provide a cot and small child's bed for children that wish to sleep with parents. We have plenty of space to relax around the pool with several grassy terraces all overlooking the hills and mountains. villa Sunrise provides a peaceful environment with the old city only 10 minutes drive.

6 x Double Bedrooms with King size beds (which can also be changed to single beds if necessary), Open plan sitting rooms with sofa beds, kitchen and dining area. 3 shower rooms and 2 Bathrooms x 5. Air conditioning, large garden, private swimming pool, satellite 1 TV on the ground floor and DVD, Bluetooth wireless speaker, BBQ, and parking for 5 cars.

Dine al-fresco on the terraces and book a private chef to come and cook for you.
Guest access
Our villa is fully accessible to guests. There are no access restrictions and guests have the whole villa.
