This modernly furnished villa boasts a quiet and private location and is the perfect space for up to 8 guests. With fully furnished rooms equipped with LCD TVs, air conditioning, and heating, you'll feel right at home. The villa features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet, all complete with showers or bathtubs and a washing machine. The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and kitchenware, as well as a dining area and comfortable living room.
Relax by the outdoor pool or take a dip in the large heated indoor pool located in the wellness area, which also features a sauna. Enjoy additional activities such as table tennis, table football, and a children's playground, making Villa Kate the perfect choice for families. Please note that groups of young people are not allowed.
Pool heating available throughout the year and is charged extra 260 EUR/week.Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €10 per dog, per day.

A must-visit is the unmissable “Lapidarium” or "stone collection" within the Church of St. Michaels, showcasing historical monuments from Roman times alongside other archaeological finds. Adventure lovers can enjoy walking, cycling on the numerous cycling paths around the town.
