The Space

Overnight occupancy is limited to 10, with a maximum of 20 allowed during daytime hours. No street parking is permitted; all vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway. We ask guests to respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially outdoors during quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and any evidence of smoking will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. For everyone's safety and compliance, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor adherence to county laws and house rules.
