Heritage Living Apartment with Spectacular Views
Brand new cosy apartment on the high grounds of the beautiful village of Zebbug, in Gozo. Set in a quiet neighbourhood and within easy reach of Victoria (capital city), it enjoys spectacular country and sea views from its terrace, stretching to the historic Gordan Lighthouse.
The tastefully finished apartment combines the old with the modern, featuring exposed limestone walls and wooden beams throughout, and a host of modern amenities, making it the perfect place for a superior heritage stay.
Situated underneath a heritage house, this spacious apartment provides for over 80sqm of luxury and comfortable living.
On entrance and one flight of stairs down, guests find themselves in a spacious anti-room with desk and closet facilities, a spacious walk-in wardrobe with ample storage, and a guest toilet which doubles up as a laundry room inclusive of a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The heart of every place is the kitchen, and for the cooking enthusiasts, the spacious kitchen comes equipped with all modern facilities including an electric oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a gas hob at the centre of an eye-catching island which also serves as a breakfast table.
Dining with a view comes next, thanks to a 6-seater dining table facing the outdoor terrace and the beautiful Gozitan skyline.
A 43â flat TV dominates the spacious living room, which can be comfortably enjoyed from a 5-seater chaise-lounge sofa. With just one pull the sofa can be quickly transformed into a double-bed, for those occasional guests.
The sleeping quarter consists of a king size double bed with very useful under-bed storage drawers. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe and other open hanging facilities, a full length mirror, a dresser and another flat TV. It leads to a very spacious and tastefully finished ensuite shower, equipped with bluetooth sound system.
Finally one can always chill out in the terrace from where the serene Gozitan country and sea views, stretching out to the Ta' Pinu Church and the Giordan Lighthouse, can be quietly enjoyed. Sunsets are truly breathtaking.
The floors are luxuriously finished with gres tiling throughout while the walls and ceiling feature exposed limestone and traditional wooden beams.
Internet wi-fi is accessible from all rooms, while the apartment is fully air-conditioned. Bed linen, towels, coffee pods and other basic utilities are also provided and inclusive in the price.

- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area. Strictly no smoking, including vapours and e-cigarettes in any part of the apartment
