The Space:
A fully airconditioned one double bedroom apartment with a very large ensuite and two very large outdoor spaces (weâve added outdoor furniture and a BBQ at the back for a taste of outdoor holiday living). The property has a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining room and living room space with a SMART TV, a guest bathroom and a study room ideal for individuals who want to work remotely - perfect for digital nomads who need a holiday home office to strike their perfect work/life balance.
Other things to note
The block has an elevator (lift) however, there is a short flight of stairs at the entrance of the property.
Guest Access:
- Guests have full access to this holiday home - this includes both the front and back balconies.
- There is ample parking in the main parking lot. Guests can walk up the garden path leading to a main road.
To get to the apartment
- There is a keybox with keys for both the common entrance of the block and the apartment. The apartment does NOT have a smart lock
- Press 5 in the lift and then go up one short flight of stairs to the apartment entrance.
