Its height on the 4th floor with an elevator and its large number of windows means it has good natural lighting. The apartment has a bedroom with a 150cm bed and a large wardrobe; a small bathroom with shower; a large kitchen; and living room with 150cm Italian sofa bed and television with SmartTV.
Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, capsule coffee machine, etc. Then there is a charming and cozy living-dining room with an Italian opening sofa bed and television with smart TV. A small hallway gives access to a small but pleasant bathroom and the bedroom, which has a 150cm bed and a large wardrobe.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, electric radiators and split air conditioning and heat pump.
