Private Oasis in town

This is the perfect apartment on the ground floor. No need to walk upstairs with your suitcases! Close to town for food shopping…and plenty of restaurants available. Parking is for free in front of the apartment! Walk to the beach or the dunes for a leisure walk in nature.

Great place to stay!

We had a fantastic time in Zandvoort and Green Happiness. We loved that the apartment was only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. The living area is spacious and it was great to have a little front yard with a picnic table. The place is super clean and lovely decorated. Would definitely love to visit again!

Good enough for 1 person, too small for 2 persons - too expensive

The flat appears higher quality on the Internet than it actually is. The bathroom is very small, the equipment in the kitchen is limited, and there are only two plastic coat hangers and no storage space for clothes. With a final cleaning charge of 80 euros, you might as well sweep the terrace. The table on the terrace shown in the photos was missing. Parking directly in front of the flat is very good. The check in was very uncomplicated. The communication with the management via Whatsapp was great. Location a bit far to the beach if you don't have a bike. Sehr geehrter Smiling Host, wie bereits gestern über WhatsApp mitgeteilt, sind wir gestern, 22.08.24 Nachmittag ausgecheckt. Bedauerlicherweise war unser Aufenthalt nicht gerade erholsam und schön. Hier noch einmal die bereits beanstanden Mängel: 1. Probleme mit WLAN-mitgeteilte Daten nicht korrekt 2. Fenster im Schlafraum defekt- liess sich nicht öffnen 3. Unterkunft schmutzig ( Ihr Angebot Putzpersonal zu schicken, während man FÜR 3 TAGE GERADE MAL Ruhe haben möchte - unzumutbar 3. Dunstabzugshaube völlig verfettet 4. Flecken auf den Kissen 5. Rauchmelder ausser Betrieb-überhaupt nicht angeschlossen 6. Spüllmaschiene schmutzig, Speisereste, Flecken 7. Ausssen-Essbereich richtig verdreckt, wohl seit Monaten nicht gereinigt. Die dazugehörigen Fotos erhielten Sie bereits. Und das alles für 850,04 Euro ! Vielleicht stellen Sie sich selbst die Frage: Möchte ich auch SO meine kurzen, kostbaren Urlaubstage verbringen? Abgesehen davon, wurden wir am 22.08. im Stau unmittelbar vor Zandvoort von Ihrem Landsmann fast zusammengeschlagen. Er stieg aus seinem Wagen, rannte zu unserem und wollte uns die Autoscheibe einschlagen! Warum? Weil wir freundlich andere Autos die Vorfahrt gewehrten! Schön aber teuer

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Möbel, Boxspringbett nur 1,40 m mit 2 sehr schmalen Einzelmatratzen, aber geht. Wohnzzimmer hat verdunkelnde Vorhänge Küchenutensilien und Töpfe wurden offensichtlich gut aufgestockt. Wasch- und Geschirrspülermachine vorhanden. Fön vorhanden. Sofa ist zum DoppelBett ausklappbar. Aber…es gibt keinen Schrank oder Kommode für Kofferinhalt!Ein Wandschrank ist ca 60cm breit, keine Kleiderstange darin oder Regale,keine Kleiderbügel. Das bedeutet die Koffer liegen aufgeklappt im Wohnzimmer. Bei 3 Tagen ok, aber nicht bei 2 Wochen und bei dem Preis (12 Tage 2400€). Lieber eine Dekopflanze weniger im Wohnzimmer und einen ordentlichen Schrank .Auch wenn alles sehr stylisch ist, ist es doch nur ein 1-Zimmer mit Schlafbereich und Küchenzeile. Die Schiebetür zum Schlafbereich ist nur eine optische Abtrennung, keine gut schließende akustische! Dafür ist der Preis absolut zu hoch und nicht im Verhältnis, auch nicht mit dem Stellplatz. (Großparkplatzin 10 Min Entfernung käme 35€/Woche.) Preis runter, Schrank rein, dann ists perfekt.

Apartment mit kleinen Mängelb

Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das sehr sehr kleine Duschbad ist neu renoviert, der ausgewiesene hairdryer ist tatsächlich nicht vorhanden. Das sehr sehr kleine Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Bett mit 2 schmalen Matratzen, in einer Kleinen Nische hängen 4 Kleiderbügrel, weiteren Stauraum oder Ablagen für Kleidung gibt es leider nirgendwo. Der in der nische auf dem Fußboden angebrachte Safe ist out of order und kann nicht benutzt werden. Ich wurde mehrfach per mail an meine Pflichten bezüglich Check out Zeit etc erinnert, defekter Safe und fehlender hairdryer wurden trotz Zusage nicht in ordnung gebracht. 2 Terassenstühle sind kaputt und können nicht benutzt werden. Insgesamt ist das Apartment zwar ganz schön, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt allerdings nicht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles geboten, was man für einen Urlaub in Holland nah am Meer braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir würden wieder hier herkommen. 👍

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit ein paar Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Kontakt und Check in verlief super und problemlos - auch das Apartment war wie beschrieben. Allerdings könnte das Geschirr sauberer sein und ein bisschen mehr Equipment vorhanden sein (zB Müllbeutel, Waschmaschinen tabs oder Gewürze). Die Balkonmöbel sind leider schon in die Jahre gekommen.
