The Space:

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a double room with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.



The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, and it features convenient doors leading to the terrace. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, along with dining facilities and easy access to the terrace.



In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a spacious king-sized bed, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead for added convenience.



On the first floor, Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning, and a charming balcony along with satellite TV. Bedroom 3 also contains twin beds and air conditioning, with satellite TV available as well. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead, along with a washing machine for your laundry needs.



Outdoors, the property boasts a lovely terrace featuring both covered and open areas, perfect for alfresco dining. Sun loungers and a parasol provide additional comfort and relaxation. For those travelling by car, there is off-road parking available, and a private outdoor pool adds to the appeal of this inviting space.

Port Limnionas, a wonderful natural bay with crystal clear waters excellent for swimming and snorkelling is just 6 kilometres away.
