Tsilivi Pandessia Villa with private pool

Our newly built, fully airconditioned villa, sleeps up to 6 guests, with 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The 2 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, are very tastefully decorated, and come with the option of either a king size or 2 twin beds. Each room has a dressing table and flat screen tv. Both have lovely views, one with a patio door leading out to the pool area, whilst the ensuite room offers a window with olive grove views.
The modern main bathroom and ensuite both boast a walk in monsoon shower for our guests to enjoy.
The open plan living area fulfils our guests’ every need.
The large kitchen area comes fully equipped with a built in oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
The lounge area has a substantial corner sofa, which converts to a double bed, which can sleep up to 2 people. It also has a flat screen smart tv with complementary Netflix and wifi.
Leading from the lounge through the full height sliding patio doors, is an extensive patio area, with a pergola to provide a shaded dining area. Beyond that, is the full size pool surrounded by sun loungers, a day bed, BBQ and outdoor shower, nestled amongst your own secluded lawned gardens and olive trees. There is ample space for private parking on the gated enclosed driveway.
Kiki and Nikos live nearby all year round in our family home. They both speak English and Greek and will be on hand to help answer any questions you have about the property or the island and will be only too happy to help make your stay an enjoyable one.
The villa is situated in a tranquil setting on the outskirts of Tsilivi, but is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest shop and 20 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the resort centre where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The resort also boasts a mini golf course and water park all within walking distance.
Zante Town and it’s port is 3,5 km away, whilst the airport is only 7 km away. We can arrange pick up with a local taxi on request.
