An Overview of the Sublime Villa
From the ample grounds to the private pool, the villa enclosed and natural setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. An alfresco dining table with a rustic BBQ (charcoal), summer's eves will mostly be spent with over flame creations accompanying sunset vistas. Located in a picture village Vanato, where you may find a variety of facilities (mini markets, pharmacies, shops and more), this unique villa has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break.

External Living | Pool, Hydromassage & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth) that can be heated (only September-November) with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms

A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders featuring also an indoor dinning spot. Breeze from the open-plan kitchen-diner to the lounge before heading upstairs to the bedrooms. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.
