With home-from-home comforts, the iconic home combines elegance and unique touches to ensure a stay less ordinary in its 6 spacious suites. Hideaway in style with every conceivable comfort at your fingertips, the iconic Villa offers 6 spacious suites, each featuring a bedroom, a bathroom & an open plan living-cum area with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor settings are newly restored, featuring a 60m2 Private Pool, Children’s Pool & and Iconic Dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen & BBQ ( Charcoal) making this residence a one-of-a-kind for large group gatherings.

External Living | Private Pool & Beach Access 
This captivating sea-view residence lays in 1000m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), a 5m2 children’s pool ( 0.40m2 depth), also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. Three suites have direct access to the pool area. As a bonus, by renting this unique residence you have your own sun-beds & umbrellas at the Tsilivi Beach. There is sufficient parking space for up to 4 cars outside of the residence premises ( although this home is the perfect car-free holiday option). With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths
With enviable views, the quintessential living experience radiates a chic elegance and a wonderfully laidback ambiance that enhances the comfort level of guests. Minimalistic design marks all the 6 x suites gifting them with their unique identity, spoiling guests with premium bed comfort, design and amenities. This captivating Residence boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 320m² indoor space. For those who wish to travel together with loved ones, but also have moments of privacy & seclusion, this home is the perfect choice.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts six unique suites: each featuring their own entrance, a Living-Cum Lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with king size bed & en suite bathroom, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring pool or sea views from the living room areas and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. The six available living rooms in each suite, feature sofa beds ( ground floor sofa beds are for two guests), were 9 more guests can be accommodated in the sofas. The maximum capacity of this residence is 21 guests. 


Ground Floor
Three Premium Suites (Kyma Suite, Ammos Suite, Sea Suite) each with a separate entrance & direct access to the pool area. • Each Suite features a living Room (featuring a 32’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & fully equipped Kitchen with small fridge, and a folding sofa that can welcome two more guests • Each suite feature a Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00) & en suite bathroom with walk in shower. • All bedrooms have access to the back yard * no views. • All suites lay on the same ground floor and have direct access to the pool • A Laundry room featuring a washing & drying machine is available to use for all guests, at the ground floor in a separated room.

First Floor
Three Premium Suites (Thea Suite, Blue Suite, Alas Suite) each with a separate entrance & featuring balcony with sea views. • Each Suite features a living Room (featuring a 32’’ Smart TV) & Dining area & fully equipped Kitchen with small fridge, and a folding sofa that can welcome two more guests • Each suite feature a Bedroom with King Size bed (1.80x2.00) & en suite bathroom with walk in shower. • All bedrooms have access to a balcony with * no views. • All suites lay on the 1st floor and have direct access to a balcony from the living room area

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Soft daily housekeeping • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, High chair, Baby Bath &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.
